We've had our last set of deliveries of 2015, and what a treat we have for you guys. List at the bottom.
Lots of new big Mikkeller beers now in stock. They have done their own blend of Boon's Oude Geuze. The Nelson Sauvignon is fermented with champagne yeast and brettanomyces then aged in Chardonnay white wine casks. We also have two of their collaborations with 3 Floyds, Boogoop, a barleywine, and Blå Spøgelse, a blueberry lambic style beer.
From Cloudwater's Winter range we now have big bottles of their Imperial Stout (their 100th Gyle brew) and Imperial Stout Ardberg (their 2nd Gyle which has then sat in Ardberg barrels for six months). We also have their new dark lager and brown ale.
From Mad Hatter we have their Sorachi Face Hugger, a saison with huge amounts of Sorachi Ace hops. From Wild Beer Co we have their double IPA, Brett Brett, and Squashed Grape, which had grape must from a local wine maker added to the beer, which brings some truly wild yeast and gives the beer a lovely pink colour. We now have Marble Chocolate and the Earl Grey IPA back in stock too. From Beavertown we have bottles of the Cognac Barrel Aged Moose Fang brewed in collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery in Toronto.
