Imperial Stout, 9.5%
Sadako Stout is brewed with ten different malts, honey, molasses, oats and fresh coffee. Originally they released the beer after four months, but found that it kept improving with age. The batch we have was bottled in August 2015, having spent 6 months in the brewery. The result is a dark, rich, chocolatey and coffee-y. Would work very well with a dessert or as a dessert.
