Floc

A Brewery which currently doesn't have a permanent home of its own (yet). However, that doesn't seem to have affected its output. They've brewed some of Caps and Taps' staff's favourite beers this year (special shout out goes to Rising of Dreams - the fluffiest NEIPA I've tasted all year). Also, they have worked with great breweries such as Howling Hops - which is bound to be a good omen.
