Azzurra Italian Pils 5% (440ml)

Azzurra is our shiny new Italian Pilsner. An Italian Pilsner is a pilsner that’s been dry-hopped, typically with continental hop varieties. Inspired by an al fresco Tipopils (and maybe a cheeky pizza-side Peroni) on a wee jaunt to Naples earlier this year. We used some maize to lighten things up and some incredible Spalter Select from @locherhopfen in Tettnang. Azzurra is lush, more fruit forward and softer than our core Pilsner.
