Based in Southampton, May Provisions is a Unity Brewing side project. The project was set up as a place where the intricacies and traditions of continental beer could be explored. Their saisons and wits are serious contenders. In a world increasingly dominated by hazy IPAs, we're here for a brewery trying to do something different.
