Pilot

Leith favourites, Pilot started very much a DIY operation for its founders, Matt Johnson and Patrick Jones who met at university in the Scottish capital. They do everything: they design, brew and drink the beer. They even did the logo, artwork and designed their website. They are Pilot, who specialise in a variety of modern and forward-thinking beers from NEIPAs right through to their irresistable Double Mochaccino Stout.
