CEDRIC - Beak's first-ever mixed fermentation beer - is a blend of old and young saisons; the first spent almost a year ageing in French red wine barrels containing a unique combination of micro organisms, while the second was brewed with a field blend of mixed heritage grains along with Citra and Motueka hops before being fermented in steel. Crisp, tart, floral and funky with a refreshing winey acidity. Once it's gone - it's gone.
