A lustrous, raspberry pink in the glass. It has a nose of rose, grapefruit and a whack of chalky soil. The palate is fresh and crunchy with good acidity, it's chalky on entry developing wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, herbs and thyme flowers and gardenia stem flavours.
