Boon’s Millésime 2020 is a delicate traditional fruit beer based on Belgian Schaarbeekse cherries and lambic. 270 grams of cherries per litre create an intense, wine-like and elegant cherry aroma. The Boon Millésime was bottled on 19 Oct 2021 and is refermented in the bottle.
