Inspired by the flavour profile of the UK's Bacchus White Wines, BBNo brewed this Blonde Ale with a light touch of Grapefruit Zest, Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon Hops in the whirlpool, and primary fermented it with their house saison yeast. Part of the beer was aged into their farmhouse wine barrels, while the rest conditioned in steel with our mixed Brett culture. After six months they blended the two portions. The result is a beer with gentle tartness, full texture and long finish. Salut!
