A beer/wine hybrid made in collaboration with Tillingham wines. We brewed a pale ale at 7% and fermented with a Clean ale yeast on Pinot Grigio whole bunch skins and stalks from Tillingham wines. The result is a complex aroma of hedgerow, melon rind, bramble and fruit compote. The natural yeast essence from the skins give hints of clove and banana, it starts with sweet malt but finishes medium dry it’s somewhere between natural orange wine and a Trappist ale and we are really happy with it, we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
