Carignan/Grenache Noir/Cinsault • 2020. Equal parts of Carignan from basalt soils, Grenache and Cinsault from limestone based soils, each undergoing 15 days maceration in whole bunches. This is possibly our favourite wine of the vintage from Axel, with a wonderful delicate structure and coming in at just under 12%, its profile of summer berries and minerals make it the perfect spring bottle.
