A wild ale, co-fermented with raw honey from Bermondsey Bees. The house mixed culture was used to ferment the base beer before raw, cold-filtered, English honeys from sustainable apiaries were added. A characteristically complex London honey from richly vegetated sites in East London; with 20% of final sugars in the beer coming from this. Finally, wild yeasts were added at packaging. Rich and sensual with heady notes of muscovado and a distinctively warm pollen-rich finish.
