Northern Monk and Rock Leopard combined West African and Caribbean flavours in a big flavoursome 7% stout, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel before letting it rest on coconut and rum barrel oak chips.
A percentage of sales of this beer will be donated to the Windrush Generations foundation.
