The Odyssey Series is all about beers on a journey through barrels and blends, and this ethos is epitomised by Odyssey 006, a dark wild ale which is comprised of some of our longest-slumbering brettanomyces spiked barrels. A Barley Wine base is now sour, sharp, funky and spicy. Rich bramble and black cherry notes give this the vinous quality of a red wine with plenty of pickup from the oak barrels to round things off.
