A lightly sparkling hazy cider. A wonderful collaboration with Cellarman Sam to create a cider that would compliment quality Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese! Almost impossible task but we hope you will enjoy this cider with many many different cheddars. It is a tasty cider with a touch of barrel aged cider and some residual sweetness and good acidity to pair well with the fat and milk and grass that makes up this gorgeous family of cheeses. 7.4%.
