Still Bone Dry Cider. A fully dry, yet accessible cider, fit for any table! It's is a blend of five renowned traditional cider apple varieties: Kingston Black (a bittersharp - 60%), Michelin (a soft bittersweet - 16%), Yarlington Mill & Dabinett (both bittersweets - 9%), & finally Foxwhelp (a sharp - 4%). A bright, copper gold cider. On the nose: sweet & spicy notes. On the palate: prickly volatiles keep the fruit fresh, & the barrel & smoke emerge to give a full mouthfeel. Slight sourness plus an expected astringency & bitterness that keep this very moreish. Fermented with wild yeasts & matured both in tanks & barrels. Alc. 6.8% vol.
