An English Rose Pet Nat! This is a blend of Ortega, Müller Thurgau, Dornfelder, Rondo and Pinot Noir grapes, partially fermented on skins, and using only indigenous yeast, with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. The wine has aromas of hedgerow fruits and rhubarb with a cream soda and autolytic nose, and crisp acidity and a persistent mousse making it very refreshing. This is one of the first releases from Ben Walgate (formerly of traditional English sparkling wine producer Nyetimber) 's new natural wine project. Limited to 2pp.
