NSP - Nelson Sauvin Super Pale. Pressure Drop have used the lightest malt they can to brew this West Coast style IPA. It's single hopped with Nelson Sauvin - yes, like sauvignon blanc - it's grown in the same sort of New Zealand terroirs as the the grape and imparts the same gooseberry and lychee flavours to the beer.
