Shipping policy

Shipping is designed for Mainland UK. (Not Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland).

Collection

We will pack your order right away and send you a confirmation when it's ready to collect.

You can collect them from us at any time during our working hour.

If you do not collect the products from us as arranged we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any potential delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel the order and charge a handling fee.

Delivery

Please allow 2-3 working days for UK delivery, although it is often the following day it can’t be guaranteed  

No delivery on weekends or holidays unless by prior arrangement. There is an extra charge for this service.

The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.

If there is a problem with the order or it is faulty, please contact us immediately at online@capsandtaps.co.uk

If the delivery is clearly faulty, you can refuse the delivery and the goods will be returned to us. In this case please contact online@capsandtaps.co.uk

Please make sure your address and contact number are correct when ordering. We can’t accept responsibility for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery company will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

Please make sure the person receiving the order is over 18. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the recipient is a minor.
