If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
All prices are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We aim to ensure the prices and information shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will try to contact you to confirm if you would like to go ahead with the order at the correct price.
While we make every effort to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product.
Card payments are made through a secure server. We do not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
We will pack your order right away and send you a confirmation when it's ready to collect.
You can collect them from us at any time during our working hours of 12 - 8pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 12 - 9pm Thursdays and Fridays, Saturdays 11am - 9pm and Sundays 12 - 6pm. You MUST be the person who placed the order and have proof of purchase and photo ID.
Your order will be held for seven days. If you have not collected after that time we will attempt to contact you to arrange a time, if we can't contact you then we will cancel the order and arrange a refund.
Orders placed before 2.30pm Tuesday to Friday should be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday to Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery, although it is more often the following day.
No delivery on weekends or holidays unless by prior arrangement. There is an extra charge for this service.
The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.
If there is a problem with the order or it is faulty, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
If the delivery is clearly faulty, you can refuse the delivery and the goods will be returned to us. In this case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure your address and contact number are correct when ordering. We can’t accept responsibility for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery company will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
Please make sure the person receiving the order is over 18. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the recipient is a minor.
If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel the order.
