Every year we eagerly await the arrival of Millions of Peaches, Hackney's banging Peach and Basil sour. So I was beside myself when I saw Millions of Cherries on the list. I've heard of scant kegs of this going on but I've never been in the right bar at the right time, so I'm thrilled we now have this in cans. They've used the same sour base as for Peaches, but packed with 400kg of cherries in a 2000L batch and with a hint of lemon thyme. It is juicy and tart.
