Our first foray into sour beers as part of this calendar is a heavily fruited cherry and lime sour brewed as a collaboration between Double-Barreled, Amundsen, and Vocation to celebrate DB’s birthday. Yes, Xmas is about collaboration (as we’ve already said) but it’s also about enjoying Xmassy flavours. Indeed, this beer gives you a big hit of sour cherry which makes us reminisce about the beautiful things that are Belgian krieks.
