Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 12.5% (750ml)

A crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc with concentration of flavour, great acidity and palate weight. This wine was inoculated with an organic cultured yeast and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tank to retain its freshness, aroma and purity of fruit. No malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months prior to being racked and then filtered before bottling.
