Long Beach-based Beachwood have one singular aim: create Belgian-style lambics. Indeed, they aim to mix the traditional ingredients for lambic brewing alongside less traditional ingredients like tropical fruit and unconventional grains. The outcome is beautiful: blended Belgian sours with a distinctive North American twist.
