Our own take on a historic German style, the Kölsch is a hybrid kinda beer, top fermented like an ale, cold conditioned like a lager. Clean and crisp with lightly floral hop character, gentle orchard fruit notes and a soft cracker bread sweetness. Thirst-quenching and easy-drinking. Vegan and Gluten Free (Brewed using a gluten reducing enzyme)
