Burning Sky Beers
Burning Sky are based in a refurbished farmhouse in the village of Firle in East Sussex. They have an excellent set of core beers including Arise Session IPA and Saison à la Provision (a foudre aged saison). Their specials are out of this world; 750ml bottles of barrel aged and blended wonders. They recently installed a coolship so expect from spontaneously fermented beer from them in the future.
