brewers, West Coast Brewing and Be Easy Brewing, so of course we made a beer! We decided to try a Mountain Pale with a soft malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and a touch of crystal T50 to ease us into some big hitting hops. Whirlpooling with Chinook, Columbus and Amarillo has given us some pine and plenty of citrus fruit. We then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra for a real melody of tropical fruits and vinous vibes. A superb blend of East meets West.
