Drop project based in Mitcham are creating flavoursome beers with consistent high-quality results, with an Eco conscious mindset, attempting to create as little a negative impact on the world as possible when brewing. Operating on a Solar site, spent grain is recycled into local agricultural as animal feed, spent yeast and hops are in turn recycled into compost directly on site. With an added a one tree one brew policy, committed to planting a tree for every batch brewed. An overall carbon footprint reduction of 90% compared to commonplace practices.
