For this year's Doom Forge, we added Augusto Castillo - Colomba from Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in Denver, Colorado. It’s a single-origin washed process coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala with notes of brownie batter, red grape, and toffee.
