Originating in Somerset, Yarlington Mill has become the epitome of West Country cider apples – a riotous explosion of pure phenolic joy! This example shows of all of the best characteristics of the variety – baking spice, leather, sweet hay, big cuddly tannins and lots and lots of juicy orange and apricot.
