A blend of Arinto and Azal grapes hand-harvested in September 2022 from the Sousa sub-region of Vinho Verde, this wine was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, lightly filtered and finished with a small amount of sulphur.

Tasting notes: Zippy and fresh. Lemon-scented with a hit of salinity. Medium bodied, dry.
Best served: Chilled, on the beach or patio (or wishing you were on the beach or patio). Lovely with light fare - think olives, oysters, or crisps.
