Hot Head West Coast IPA 6.5% (500ml)

Brewed the old-fashioned way. Lots of malt character and a striking, scalp burning bitterness. Fleshed out with a huge dry-hop charge of some classic USA hops. A range of light crystal malts for depth of colour and flavour. Loads and loads of hops in the hot side to build a bitterness of 120 IBU. Fermented warm with High Voltage and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe post-fermentation
