Platinum Vistas TIPA 10% (440ml)

Two years ago, Angelo created his passion beer, Golden Vistas, a Vermont inspired IPA. This year he wanted to follow on from that with Platinum Vistas, a Vermont style TIPA. Angelo has kept the same malt and hop base for this year, but as every brewer does, he has amended the addition rates and methods to experiment and play in the aim of greatness! Extra pale flaked oats and dextrin makes for a soft and light malt bill while Motueka in the whirlpool and a hop dip with Eclipse give lovely lime and mandarin notes. Eclipse, Citra and Strata have been used in the dry hop bringing us big flavours of orange, tropical fruit and dank goodness.
