This is out Harvest Lager aged in a used French oak white wine barrel for 4 months then refermented in pack. The result is an opening up of a floral aroma and mellowing of the bready malt character and the more fruity aromas along with the incorporation of a delicate, sweet, cedar like aroma contributed by the wine barrel. And finally a rounding and refinement of the finishing bitterness. Class.
