x Fast Fashion Garum 2 Lager 5% (440ml)

We had a visit from our pal Matt from Fast Fashion in Seattle to brew another batch of Garum with us. We very cleverly named this one, Garum 2. This batch is a lovely light lager brewed using Bere barley, our own grown barley from Newbarns Farm and some maize to keep it nice and light. Matt brought over a box of Anchovy hops, which Fast Fashion selected and named from Segal Ranch.
