Medium Sweet Sparkling Fine Cider Bold, grippy and satisfyingly fresh, this medium-sweet Yarlington Mill is the epitome of a traditional West Country cider — rich but finishing on dry tannins. Made with careful cold-fermentation, the cider makers are able to balance the variety's distinct characteristics, bringing out toffee apple and tarte tatin notes over a rounded palate with warm baked apple flavours and nice food-friendly tannins. It makes a fine match for roast pork or braised beef brisket.
