Kernel Bière de Saison Damson 5% (750ml)

The saison spent a year macerating in a steel tank on damsons. This iteration shows a bit more subtlety but with more freshness in the fruit. A lovely balance, and a fine carbonation. We are looking forward to riding along on the flavour journey that these bottles will take us on, from the freshness of their current condition, to how they will develop over time
