A mixed fermentation saison barrel aged for 13 months, lightly dry hopped with Czech grown Saaz. Pilsner malt and raw wheat form the base of this beer. Herbal, spicy Saaz mixed with Lambic like aroma leading into a funk forward grassy saison with a more pronounced bitterness and a touch of acidity rounding out the finish to make you excited about your next sip.
