Torn Plant

Torn Plant produces modern, minimal intervention ciders. Producing 100% juice cider in their cider barn. The ciders are all spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts from the apples origin orchard. The cider barn is on a beautiful farm just outside of Delamere Forest in Cheshire, allowing all the wild yeasts of their home to add their unique flavor to the mix. Delicately handling all of their ciders throughout the fermentation, before allowing them to mature in a variety of oak barrels. This gives all their ciders a wonderful finish and surprising character.
