Borne out of a love of the North American craft brewing scene, Track Brewing Co. was set up by two kindred spirits who first met in the USA. Based in an arch space near Manchester Picadilly Station, these guys definitely specialise in IPAs from both coasts, but they've also been known to brew a mean fruited sour.
