x Track Flux Phase 3 DIPA 8.4% (440ml)

We worked with Track to brew all three beers using the same trio of New Zealand hops: Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and the super-exciting NZH-101. Each beer uses them at the same 80:10:10 dry-hop ratio, but the star player shifts each time. Phase 1 is a Nelson-heavy Pale Ale, Phase 2 is an Nectaron-driven IPA, and Phase 3 is a DIPA that lets NZH-101 loose off the leash!
