A classic, light & refreshing Somerset keeved cider, made from an orchard blend of bittersweet apple varieties; grown in low nutrient orchards in & around the village of Pilton, Somerset.
Wonderful natural fruit & caramel succulent sweetness, balanced by some robust West Country tannins. Fermented with wild yeasts unpasteurised naturally sweet. Alc. 4.5 % vol.
