Eight Acre WC IPA 6.8% (440ml)

This year Charles, Burnt Mill's owner, decided he wanted to throw his hat in the ring for a Brewers Choice esque beer. Having a passion for West Coast styles Charles was keen to produce a beer that brought together different threads of the great West Coast beers from San Diego. For this beer, we have kept the ABV a slightly more drinkable 6% and with a light and crisp body to help bring out the bright hops. The early addition hops were Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus added at differing stages to give a balanced bitterness that gently builds. The dry hop additions were Amarillo and Simcoe with a touch of Centennial and Columbus for a bright citrussy orange flavour with a piney undercurrent. We divided the hopping bill into 8 parts giving homage to our 8th Birthday and the result is a delicious West Coast that is moreishly drinkable
