Orders placed before 1pm Tuesday to Friday should be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday to Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery, although it is more often the following day.
No delivery on weekends or holidays unless by prior arrangement. There is an extra charge for this service.
The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.
If there is a problem with the order or it is faulty, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
If the delivery is clearly faulty, you can refuse the delivery and the goods will be returned to us. In this case please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure your address and contact number are correct when ordering. We can’t accept responsibility for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery company will leave you a note (Lockdown - now email you) informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
Please make sure the person receiving the order is over 18. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the recipient is a minor.
If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel the order and refund you less costs.
