A collaboration between our very own Wild Workshop head brewer Dave Bell, and legendary Horus Aged Ales brewer Kyle Harrop from California. Kyle & Dave linked up over a shared love of Disc Golf while Kyle was in Aotearoa in 2025 for a Disc Golf competition. A few games of Disc Golf with Dave later - and Disc Jockey was born. Specially selected puncheon-aged spontaneous ferment beer, infused with organic Sultan, Satsuma and Billington plums picked on Roy Sunde's ‘Orchard’ disc golf course in Oratia, found in the Waitākere Ranges west of Auckland on the North Island of New Zealand. Tart, aromatic, colourful and utterly delightful. It’s an ace.
