We had Brian from Northern Monk come home to Scotland to make this hybrid between the classic malt forward beers of Scotland and Yorkshire. 

Starting with a smooth malt-rich base, we fermented this Auld Ale in whisky barrels before an extended conditioning. A warming, complex, and historically resonant ale!
