Suffice to say it was a full-scale Hop Nerd Olympics when we got together with the hop maestros at Track. The resulting IPA, Astronomica, features some of the freshest NZ hops we could get our hands on, along with some Citra & Krush for depth, layering the hop formats in the dry hop for extra intensity and character. Kit, the Track brewing envoy for the day, introduced their signature active fermentation dry hop, and our whirlpool has never been more loaded.
