BioGro certified organic Sauvignon Blanc, proudly grown by the Linklater family at Windrush Vineyard located near Renwick, Marlborough. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 95% stainless steel tank fermented and matured, with just a small 5% portion fermented in aged French oak 'cigar' barrels before being returned to tank for maturation and stabilisation. Here you will find all the varietal and regionally typical cues of passionfruit, guava, feijoa and grapefruit alongside a subtle wet stone, sea spray, and oyster shell edge. Fruity and herbaceous on the nose, dry and refreshing on the palate and balanced on the finish. It's Marlborough Sauvignon to a tee. Bottled unfined (vegan), contains minimal added sulphites.
