The second in Two Flints' single-hop series, they've gone all out on one of their favourite hops at Two Flints - Mosaic. They think there's no better beer to showcase it than a modern West Coast IPA.Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich provide the platform for Mosaic to shine. They've specifically selected an early harvested Mosaic that provide tonnes of stone fruit with just a little trademark dankness. A dry finish with restrained but noticeable bitterness, this is a beer they can sink pint after pint of.
